Day 1 :

Arrive at Tribhuvan International Airport, Kathmandu (1400m)

You travel from your hometown for a long time before arriving at Tribhuvan International Airport. You will proceed to your accommodation in Thamel, a busy tourist area of Kathmandu famous for its lively streets, restaurants, stores, and historic sites. As you prepare for your trip there, you can relax. Alternatively, you could take a short trip to view the famous streets of Thamel. During this time, you may also obtain your trekking permits and other required paperwork. Among the various restaurants in the area, you may taste the native Nepali food. At the beginning of the travel the next day, make sure all of your equipment is packed and prepared.

Day 2 :

Drive from Kathmandu to Maccha Khola (930 m/3,051 ft ) -9 hrs

From Kathmandu, you start the trek to the Manaslu Circuit. Travelling along the Prithvi Highway, which follows the Trishuli River, from Kathmandu is the first leg of the journey. You will have multiple transportation alternatives for this journey. A tour bus, a private jeep, a public bus, and more are available to you. Travelling to Maccha Khola by regular bus takes 8 to 9 hours while travelling there in a private vehicle takes 7 to 8 hours. You will never see views like these on the road: majestic mountains like Annapurna, Manaslu, Langtang, and Ganesh Himal, traditional villages, terraced fields, white-water rivers, and lush woods. Many rest locations offer short breaks and food options. The first place you sleep at night in Nepalese communities is called Maccha Khola.

Day 3 :

Trek from Maccha Khola to Jagat (1,340 m/4,396 ft) – 6 hrs

You will begin your second day of Manaslu trekking in Nepal with breakfast in the morning at the tea house in Machha Khola. On the bank of the Budi Gandaki River, you will begin to travel across the narrow route the following day. You'll be leaving the jungle and travelling to the Gurung towns, including lower Khorlabeshi. Arriving at Tatopani's "Hot Spring," there's a great chance to take a hot bath, conditions permitting. The trails lead along a nice, curved road. You cross the Budi Gandaki River on a new suspension bridge to get to Doban after resting in the hot springs. At about 1:00 p.m. the last section of the walk begins. This portion of the 2.5-hour climb is primarily uphill and demanding.

Day 4 :

Trek from Jagat to Deng (1,804 m/5,918 ft) – 6 hrs

The third day of the Manaslu Circuit in Nepal promises to be highly interesting due to the breathtaking scenery and large settlements along the route. You will descend to Sirdibas after walking to Salleri. Several gompas and Buddhist prayer flags greet you in the village. With a checkpoint for a Manaslu Conservation Area Permit, Philim is the biggest village you may visit. The river's water carved unique patterns onto the boulders on the riverbank, creating an amazing route. On your right, you will come to a junction where the route splits off from Tsum Valley after crossing the Siyar Khola bridge. Deng is a little community with around 20 homes and a total of 4–5 hotels.

Day 5 :

Trek from Deng to Namrung (2,630 m/8,628 ft) – 6 hrs

You will eat breakfast and begin your trek for the day once the sun rises. Trekking from Deng will immerse you in the breathtaking Alpine environment, offering breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains. The route ascends gradually and leads into an open valley. Furthermore, Mani walls—traditional Buddhist structures carved with prayers and mantras will come into view. The trail then travels to Ghap through many landslip zones. At this stage, you need to move even more cautiously. From the river, you will ascend a zigzag path to the charming village of Namrung. There is a restaurant, rest homes, and some of the greatest teashops on the walk at this location. Remember to engage with the hospitable people and try some of the delicious local food.

Day 6 :

Trek from Namrung to Lho (2,957 m/9,701 ft) – 4 hrs

The trek begins from Namrung and proceeds to the Manaslu alpine area. You will pass by numerous mani walls, verdant terraces, and homes as you explore their customary way of life, which Tibet influences. Trekking along the hillside, the Lho path provides breathtaking views of the snow-capped mountains, including Peak 29 and Mount Manaslu, as well as the Pungen Glacier. You will eventually arrive in Lho after making your way across the rugged hillside paths.

Day 7 :

Lho to Sama Gaun (3,530 m/11,581 ft) – 4 hrs

The stunning vista of Mt. Manaslu will welcome you when you awake the next morning. You begin your beautiful journey towards Samagaun early in the morning from Lho village. After crossing some barley fields, you will walk along the path into a forest. As you arrive at Lihi, you'll be treated to amazing views of the Himal Chuli and Ganesh Himal, two snow-capped mountains. You will reach an easy route leading to Shyala, which winds through green pine and rhododendron cliffs and a beautiful stream. You will trek to several locations along the path in order to reach Samagaon. You'll reside in a teahouse in Samagaon.

Day 8 :

Acclimatization Day (Day Trip to Manaslu Base Camp or Pungyen Gompa) – 7 hrs

Due to your elevation gain, you gradually become used to the thin air in Samagaon during the trek. At Sama Gaon, this is the day for acclimatisation in order to avoid altitude-related illnesses. You will be hiking north of Sama Gong to Manaslu Base Camp today as well. After passing Birendra Tal, continue on the route and turn left into the base camp track. Every visitor will be amazed by the breathtaking views of the Nadi River, Pungyen Glacier, and Mount Manaslu. You must treat this acclimatisation day carefully because you will be rising further higher on the climb. Himalayan Thars and several Yaks may be observed grazing in the area.

Day 9 :

Trek from Sama Gaun to Samdo (3,865 m/12,680 ft) – 3 hrs

You will be trekking through green forest areas with birch, juniper, and rhododendron trees today. Along the base camp track, your hike starts with a descent towards Budhi Gandaki. However, this is a short day trek because you have to go slowly due to the high altitude. Enjoy breathtaking views of snow-capped mountains, such as Siachen Glacier, Dharamsala, Manaslu, and Samdo Peak, while you wander through a variety of barren landscapes. You may wander through nearby villages or walk to Samdo Peak after you get to Samdo. Located above the valley on the left is the Larkya La path. Under the shade of Mount Manaslu, you will have an amazing time exploring this mountain village.

Day 10 :

Trek from Samdo to Dharmasala (4,460 m / 14,632 ft) – 4 hrs

The 4-hour walk today is quite easy. You'll cross many rivers as you head out of Samdo hamlet and towards Larkye Bazar. The Syacha Khola Valley will be reached by trekking grassy hills off the path. From this viewpoint, you may see really amazing views of Syacha Glacier and snow-capped mountains. Before arriving at Dharmasala, you will stroll gently across the untouched landscapes of the Manaslu region while taking in breathtaking vistas of the Himalayan range. Rather than being a lodge, the stone guest house, also known as Dharamsala or Larkya La Phedi is more like a shared dormitory.

Day 11 :

Trek from Dharmasala to Bimthang ( 3,590 m / 11,778 ft) via Larkya Pass – 10 hrs

You are going to go to the highest point on the trail on this particular day. You will hike 5,160 metres (16,929 feet) to reach Larkya La Pass on this day. Due to the duration of the journey, you will leave Dharamsala after an early breakfast. You will eventually arrive at the Larkya La Pass, which provides an incredible breathtaking panoramic view of the surrounding mountains, after navigating the difficult terrain and snow-covered rocks. Following your breathtaking views, you'll start to descend on the path of Bhimthang, passing through lovely mountain villages and breathtaking scenery. Day 12 :

Trek from Bimthang to Dharapani (1,970 m / 6.463 ft)– 7 hrs

Today, the path spans from Dharapani to Bhimthang along a variety of the area's sceneries. You will be walking the Manaslu region's paths for the last time today. You will cross verdant forests rich with wildlife, including rhododendron plants, as you descendhill. Magnificent views of Manaslu, Larke, Nadi, and Chuli Himal can be seen from this path. After that, you will go downhill past Sangura Kharka and Hompuk to arrive at Karcher. In order to get to Gho, the trek will take you along a picturesque riverbank. Next, you will traverse Dudh Khola by the suspension bridge and ascend an arch resembling a chorten. As you continue to Dharapani, you will pass a police checkpoint in the town. The city is still included in many hikers' Annapurna circuits.

Day 13 :

Drive from Dharapani to Kathmandu (1400m) – 10 hrs

From Tilije to Beshi Sahar, you will go by jeep. The paved route continues past Besishar. It would take you around nine or ten hours to get back to Kathmandu after that. Take the Prithivi Highway east and you will witness the Marsyagdi River joining the Trishuli River. Afterwards, take a drive back to Kathmandu. You are going to spend the night at a hotel when you get to Kathmandu. You may also enjoy Thamel's amazing bars and clubs at night.

Day 14 :

Final departure

Today is Nepal's last day, a wonderful nation full of Himalayan marvels. Enjoy your final moments in Nepal and think back on your journey during this period.
